"No clouds this afternoon so at 2 pm put sausages in ziplock in sanitizer on truck dash facing sun. Day 70F but in minutes temp strip maxed out. At 4 pm took sausages out. Too hot to touch comfortably. Ate them anyway. Yummy and easy.
